The emergency department is a specialized unit within the hospital that provides immediate medical care to patients with serious illnesses or injuries, or who require urgent medical attention.
The emergency room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can come in at any time in the event of a medical emergency.
The emergency department provides immediate medical care, including patient assessment and stabilization, diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses, care for traumatic injuries, and the administration of medications and urgent procedures.
You do not need health insurance to receive care in the emergency department. Care is provided to all patients, regardless of their insurance status.
Wait times in the emergency department may vary depending on the severity of the cases being treated. We do our best to provide prompt and efficient care, but there may occasionally be delays due to the number of patients requiring urgent care.
